Sirf calendar dekh kar 6 mahine pure hote hi khana shuru na karein. Pehle ye 3 bade sanket (signs) zaroor dekhein:

Gardan Sambhalna (Head Control): Kya wo bina kisi sahare ke apni gardan seedhi rakh pa raha hai? Agar gardan jhuki rahegi toh khana gale mein atak sakta hai.

Khane ki Chori: Jab aap khate hain, toh kya wo aapke hath se niwala chheen ne ki koshish karta hai ya aapke mooh ko dhyan se dekhta hai?

Tongue-Thrust Reflex: Kya bacche ne mooh se khana bahar nikalna (spit out) kam kar diya hai? Agar haan, toh wo nigalne (swallow) ke liye taiyar hai.

Shuruat hamesha halki cheezon se karein. Pehle hafte mein din mein sirf ek baar (1-2 chammach) khana kafi hai.

Healthy Recipes Banane ka Sahi Tarika

Apple Puree (Seb ki Puree)

 Ek accha seb lein, use cheel kar chhote tukdon mein kaat lein.

In tukdon ko 5-7 minute tak steam karein (ubalein nahi, steam karne se nutrients bache rehte hain).

Ab ise mixie mein ya chammach se acche se mash karke patla paste bana lein.

Homemade Cerelac (Moong Dal & Chawal) 

Bahar ke preservatives se accha hai ghar ka taaza khana.

Chawal aur Moong dal ko 3 baar saaf pani se dho kar pankhe ke niche sukha lein.

Sukhe huye mishran ko kadahi mein bina tel/ghee ke halka bhun (roast) lein.

Thanda hone par ise pees kar powder bana lein aur airtight dibbe mein rakhein.

Jab khilana ho, toh 1 chammach powder ko garam pani mein paka kar patla paste banayein.

3-Day Rule: Jab maine apne bacche ko pehli baar koi naya phal diya, toh maine 3 din tak kuch aur naya nahi khilaya. Isse pata chalta hai ki bacche ko usse koi allergy toh nahi ho rahi.

Mood ka Dhyan: Agar baccha rote huye khane se mana kare, toh zabardasti na karein. Use thoda waqt dein aur dobara koshish karein.

Texture Matters: Shuruat bilkul patle pani jaisi liquid se karein, fir 15-20 din baad use thoda gaadha (thick) karein.

Galtiyan jo Har Parent ko Bachni Chahiye 

Namak aur Chini (Salt & Sugar): 12 mahine se pehle namak aur chini zeher ke saman hain. Ye bacche ki chhoti kidney par bura asar daal sakte hain.

Bottles ka Istemal: Khana hamesha choti katori aur chammach se dein. Bottle se puree pilane se bacche ka pachan kharab ho sakta hai aur dant nikalne mein dikkat ho sakti hai.
